Dainellys Villacis / TopRealtorInFL offers optional SMS communications through forms on this Site. Our forms may provide separate SMS consent choices depending on the type of message.
One-Time SMS Verification
If you provide a mobile number and actively select the one-time SMS verification consent checkbox, you agree to receive a one-time text message from Dainellys Villacis / TopRealtorInFL for the purpose of verifying that the mobile number belongs to you. Message and data rates may apply.
Recurring Real Estate SMS Messages
If you actively select the separate optional SMS marketing consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Dainellys Villacis / TopRealtorInFL. These messages may include home valuation follow-up, responses to real estate inquiries, property alerts, new listings, open house information, and related real estate follow-up and marketing.
Message frequency varies and may be up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive recurring SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you opt in again.

All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
