My Story
I'm Dainellys Villacis — a Cuban-born American, proud wife, and mother living right here on Florida's Gulf Coast. Real estate is not a job for me, it's my career. I have always been drawn to people, to the story behind every home search, and to the moment a client walks through a door and just knows.
I specialize in waterfront, Gulf-access, and coastal properties throughout Pasco, Pinellas, and Hernando County — from canal-front homes in Hudson and Port Richey to luxury beachfront properties in Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs. I also serve buyers and investors in South Florida, with active experience in Miami-Dade and Broward County markets.
I work full time, which means when you call me, I answer — evenings, weekends, no exception. If you are buying, you pay me nothing. The seller covers my commission, so you get a dedicated advocate in your corner at zero cost. I will negotiate hard on your behalf and work to reduce your closing costs at every step.
If you are selling, I will price your home based on real MLS data, market it professionally with full photo and syndication coverage, and guide you to the closing table with as little stress as possible.
